Whether you're completely new to vibroacoustic therapy or have tried it before, your journey starts with a relaxed, one-to-one session designed to ease you in gently.

We’ll begin with a friendly chat about how you’re feeling, what’s going on for you at the moment and what you'd like to get out of the experience. There’s no pressure - just space to talk and be heard.

Then you’ll be invited to enjoy a ‘Drop In’ session on the vibroacoustic massage table. This gives you a chance to experience how the sound and vibration feels in your body and what kind of effect it has on your mind and mood. It’s a great way to get a feel for the therapy without diving straight into a full-length session.

After your session, we’ll check in again to talk about how it felt for you and what the next steps might look like - whether that’s booking a longer session, trying a short series or simply giving yourself time to process and come back when you’re ready.

This is your space, at your pace. No pressure. Just support, curiosity and good vibes.

Sessions last up to an hour and cost £50. This includes travel within a 10-mile radius of Farnham, Surrey (I come to your location). Contact me to discuss wider travel options if you live outside this area.

  • When you arrive, we’ll begin with a short chat to check in and understand how you're feeling, what you need and what you’d like to get from the session. Then, you’ll lie fully clothed on the vibroacoustic massage table, designed to deliver low-frequency sound and vibration through your body.

    Afterwards, we’ll take a moment to check in, and you’ll be given time to ground before heading back into your day feeling calmer, lighter and more centred.
